I just came across this youtube commentary after viewing [URL]http://www.the-glassblowing-bible.com/ - a website that sells an e-book with marketing hype straight out of informercials.

Indeed, there is very, very little information in it, and a lot of it is fluff.

Ed Schmidt still rules... you still need a live teacher I think, but Ed's books are great for reviewing and perfecting your technique while away from the furnace. His books are lovingly done and he has a great sense of humor.

I love his definition of a "floor model" - any piece that you drop on the shop floor, haha.
