My Glass Wings Stained Glass Studio in
Alpena’s Downtown arts district is offering to
share a large historic building on 2nd Avenue.
A great foot traffic location!
Up to 1,500 sqft for $600 a month includes heat and electricity.
Or... there is a smaller room 16'x10' located near the front of the store in the middle of retail area for $125 a month. Space and price negotiable.
